Pink taken aback as fan throws bag of mum’s ashes on stage mid-song

A fan attending a recent Pink concert threw a bag of their mother's alleged ashes on stage during a performance - leaving the US songstress stunned. Footage of the moment was shared on Twitter, which has now been watched more than 35,000 times, with hundreds of viewers just as shocked as the singer was.

The 43-year-old was in the middle of belting out her hit single Just Like A Pill when she saw a plastic bag land by her feet. Pausing to bend down and pick the bag up as the music plays on in the background, she can be seen giving a confused look to the crowd.

"Wait, this is your mom?" she quickly asks. "I don't know how I feel about this," she nervously laughs, before placing the bag back down by a speaker at the front of the stage.

She then goes back into performing her 2001 tune as the set continues. The incident is said to have taken place over the weekend as Pink played at this year's Summer Carnival Tour in Hyde Park.

The clip was uploaded by Twitter user Jomas__, who captioned it: "A crazy person who threw his mother's ashes as a gift for Pink?" Brunalouise replied: "I DON'T KNOW TO FEEL ABOUT THIS."

AsAndrewSpeaks put: "Someone gave their Mothers ashes to Pink. I need y'all to have boundaries like girl what?!" KayyKova wrote: "She handled it well cause I'd definitely be mad that someone handed me their mom's ashes. I just saw another video of a guy coming out to his mom in front of Bebe Rexha so yes boundaries! I understand why some celebrities are standoffish now."

ThebadguyTee suggested: "Maybe that was her moms request mom probably was a die hard fan." AgentKhalils commented on Pink's reaction, typing: "The shaky voice after, I cannot."

Meanwhile, one user, Missamyleigh, who claims to have been at the concert, explained: "OK so my friends were stood near this lady and back story is.. her mum couldn't get out much as she was so ill when alive so this lady takes her ashes places. So she get out now. It's not everyone's cup of tea but if it gives this woman comfort then that's up to her. Not for me tho."

Pink looked amazing in the footage as she rocked a sparkly pink leotard with a silver studded jacket. The star has been continuing to amaze fans throughout her latest tour with her energetic performances - including being suspended in mid-air.
